Porod exponent for SAS with slit-height/detector-width smearing

Select the Porod exponent (integer number), and the (x-)range of the logarithmic ratio qz/qy, where qy is the full length/width of the rectangular-shaped beam height or detector width (2*qy, symmetrically from -qy to +qy), and the qz-value is the respective q-value of the SAS-curve. Note, the direction of qy is perpendicular to qz and that qy as well as qz must have the same units in either real or reciprocal space, respectively. The modified Porod-exponent (Porod-slope) due to slit/detector smearing will be calculated as a function of log(qz/qy) and will be displayed graphically. In case 'norm' is selected, all exponents are normalized to 0 (for beam height and detector width = 0). For a version with Google-Charts graphics click here. The deviations of slit-height or detector-width smeared scattering curves following Porod's law can be seen here.
