Instructions:

Your task is to watch a video and break it down into clear, logical steps.

Label steps

For each step, please do the following:

  1. Mark the start time. You can copy the timestamp from below the video. You can also directly transfer this timestamp into the Start Time field using the ⏱ button.
  2. Set the end time. You can copy the timestamp from below the video. You can also directly transfer this timestamp into the End Time field using the ⏱ button.
  3. Add a short label. Give the step a brief, clear name that describes the action.
  4. Add a detailed description. Explain in more detail what is happening in the step.
  5. Select the step type: info, warning, or hazard.

Step Hierarchies

  1. Group related steps. Group related low-level steps that contribute to a common goal. Click on the steps you want to group (they will be highlighted in yellow), click Group Steps, and give the group a descriptive name.
  2. Group related step groups. Combine sub-groups into broader instructional goals. Click on the group names to select them, click Create High-level Group, and name the new "over-group".
  3. Make sure each step belongs to a group, and each group belongs to a high-level group.

Export

  1. Once finished, please download the JSON file.
  2. Please repeat for each video (you can refresh the page to quickly remove all previous steps), then upload all four JSON files here.
The file you create contains no personal information about you. No identifying information remains linked to your submission.
